Quick answer
What are the main terms for hosting with Velumhold?
Velumhold sells web hosting accounts for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time, each term paid from a crypto balance you top up in advance. There is no KYC and no setup fee. DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama, is the seller, and Panamanian law governs. A person creates each account after payment. Breaking the acceptable use policy means suspension.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama, sells and runs Velumhold: the hosting accounts, the velumhold.com website and the dashboard where you manage them. Throughout these Terms, "we" and "us" stand for DomaineGoat LLC, and "you" for the account holder.
You agree to these Terms when you create an account, add funds or order hosting. They include three policies, each binding: the refund policy, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.
2. Who may open an account
- Nobody under 18 can hold an account.
- We cannot serve residents or companies of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen or Western Sahara, or anyone in the occupied regions of Ukraine.
- A person or company on a sanctions list cannot hold an account, and no account may be used to serve one.
- The law where you live must allow you to enter into a contract.
3. Your account
Your account number alone signs you in; an email address is yours to add or to leave out. No KYC, at signup or at any later point: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card, no phone number.
- Anyone who has your account number controls the balance and every hosting account on it.
- Keep your account number somewhere safe: whoever holds it holds the account. With an email on file the number can be recovered; with no email, a lost number stays lost.
- Every action taken with your account number or your SSH key is your responsibility.
- Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your control panel password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.
4. What you rent
Private web hosting for websites and WordPress: a hosting account with a control panel, email accounts and databases, paid in crypto with no KYC.
- Control panel: A web control panel for files, domains, email, databases, SSL certificates and backups.
- Access: You manage everything from a web control panel: files, domains, email accounts, databases, SSL and backups. Give an SSH public key at checkout for SFTP and SSH, or leave it blank; the panel login always comes with the account.
- Storage: NVMe SSD storage on every plan.
- SSL: Free SSL certificates (Let’s Encrypt), issued and renewed automatically for every domain on the account.
- WordPress: Pick “WordPress, installed” at checkout and the account arrives with WordPress set up on your domain; pick “Empty account” to upload your own site.
- Email: Email accounts on your own domain with webmail, IMAP and SMTP; outgoing mail is rate-limited to keep spam off the servers.
- Backups: Automatic daily backups of files and databases, kept for 7 to 30 days depending on the plan; restore one from the control panel or ask support.
- Locations: Reykjavik (Iceland), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Bucharest (Romania): every plan in every location, at the same price.
- Plans: Tulle $2.49/month on the yearly term ($3.56 month to month), Chiffon $3.74/month on the yearly term ($5.35 month to month), Velvet $4.99/month on the yearly term ($7.14 month to month). What each plan holds is on the pricing page.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and published on the pricing page. No setup fee is added: the price of the term you pick is what you pay, at the first order and again at each renewal.
- Pay for 1 month, 3 months (10% off), 6 months (20% off) or 12 months (30% off) at a time: a longer term costs the monthly price times 3, 6 or 12, less its discount, rounded down to the cent (Chiffon: $14.44 for 3 months, $25.68 for 6 months, $44.94 for 12 months). A renewal repeats your term at the price you ordered at, unless you set a different term for the next renewal from your dashboard.
- The only way to pay is crypto, in one of these coins: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.
- You pay into a prepaid balance, $25 or more at a time, and each term is drawn from it.
- Your balance has no expiry date and pays for any of your hosting accounts. It is not paid back out unless the law requires it; the one exception is the unspent part of a top-up made only to reach the minimum, which returns in USDT or USDC if you ask within 30 days of payment.
- Use the exact amount, address and network shown at payment. Coins sent over a different network can be lost for good.
- The network fee of each transfer you send is yours to pay.
- Each incoming payment is checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is never credited.
6. Setup and delivery
A member of the team creates your hosting account after your payment is confirmed, within 24 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the control panel login appears. Setup time: 24 hours at the latest, starting once your payment is confirmed.
When we cannot deliver an account, the refund policy applies.
7. Renewal and the end of a term
You prepay each hosting account from a crypto balance for a term of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, chosen at checkout. With auto-renew, the same term is charged again at your original price, unless you pick another term for the next renewal in the dashboard; if the balance cannot cover it, the sites stop when the term ends, the files are kept for 7 days and then deleted.
Keep enough balance to cover the next term.
8. Domains and moving a site in
- Domains: Domains are not sold here: point a domain you own to the account with two nameservers or an A record.
- Moving in: Moving an existing site in is free: send support a backup or the old host’s login and the team copies it over.
9. Rules of use
The acceptable use policy is binding under these Terms. Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies. You answer for everything on your account, including every website, mailbox and person you give access to.
10. Copyright notices and the law that applies
DMCA notices and other foreign copyright notices get no response from us; we answer only to Panamanian law and to the orders of Panamanian courts. Velumhold belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. Each datacenter that houses our servers is bound by the law of the country it sits in.
We hold only what billing and running your account need: the account number and an email if you add one; every top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and per hosting account its plan, term, location, starting point, SSH public key if you gave one, and dates. No record leaves us without an order from a Panamanian court. The records that exist are listed in the privacy policy.
11. Suspension
A hosting account is stopped in two situations:
- its term ends and the balance cannot cover the next one (section 7);
- it runs something the acceptable use policy bans.
Foreign copyright notices are set aside; only Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders count. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet command, attacks, fraud and child sexual abuse material are banned and lead to suspension. A suspension for breaking the rules earns no credit for the days left: credits exist only in the cases the refund policy names. To contest a suspension, email [email protected] and name the domain of the account. Leave your account number out of the message.
12. Availability
We publish no uptime percentage. Maintenance, failing hardware, the datacenter's network or events beyond our control can interrupt a site. When an account goes down and support cannot bring it back, the days it was out of service return to your balance, as the refund policy sets out.
13. Your content and your backups
The content of your sites is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Automatic daily backups of files and databases, kept for 7 to 30 days depending on the plan; restore one from the control panel or ask support. Keep a copy of anything you cannot lose.
14. No warranty and limit of liability
The service comes "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty that it suits a particular purpose. Within the limits of Panamanian law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability for a claim is capped at the price of the term concerned. Any liability that Panamanian law forbids us to limit stays fully in place.
15. Governing law and courts
The service and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute about them goes before the courts of Panama.
16. Changes and language
These Terms are dated 2 November 2026, and we may change them. The version that applies is the one dated at the top of this page, and from its date it covers new orders, renewals and continued use of the service. The English text is the reference; if a translation differs from it, the English wording prevails.
17. Contact
- Support: [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with DNS records, WordPress, email accounts and moving a site in.
- Abuse reports: [email protected].
- Name an account by its domain, never by your account number. The contact page says what to put in each email.
