Everything a website needs, nothing about you

According to Velumhold's survey of 2 November 2026, 14 of the 18 web hosts it read accept crypto, but only 4 of the 15 that sell shared hosting showed no ID check at signup. A Velumhold account needs no ID at all.

Quick questions

Do I need to show an ID or a card?

No. No KYC, at signup or at any later point: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card, no phone number. Your account number alone signs you in; an email address is yours to add or to leave out.

How fast is my hosting ready?

A member of the team creates your hosting account after your payment is confirmed, within 24 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the control panel login appears.

Can I bring my own domain?

Domains are not sold here: point a domain you own to the account with two nameservers or an A record.

How is the price set?

On the yearly term, each plan is priced at least 25% under a named reference plan (prices read on 2 November 2026): Tulle against IncogNET's “CloudLinux Starter” at $3.33 a month; Chiffon against IncogNET's “CloudLinux Standard” at $5.00 a month; Velvet against IncogNET's “CloudLinux Professional” at $6.67 a month. The reference is the comparable hosting plan with the smallest price among 3 hosts that accept crypto and ask for no ID at signup (FlokiNET, IncogNET, Packetra): at least as many websites and as much storage, compared at the price a customer keeps paying (the best term up to 12 months, at its renewal price when the first term is a promotion, with any setup fee spread over 12 months). 1984 Hosting, which also asks for no ID, does not state its storage, so it is not compared. See the price index.

Which coins can I pay with?

BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, paid into a balance you fund in advance with at least $25. Your balance has no expiry date and pays for any of your hosting accounts. It is not paid back out unless the law requires it; the one exception is the unspent part of a top-up made only to reach the minimum, which returns in USDT or USDC if you ask within 30 days of payment.
